Part-time Front Desk Attendant

We look for dynamic people with stellar personalities and outstanding customer service skills in our front desk staff. We want people who take pride in doing their job well, look for ways to improve and grow, and are a good representation of the Everett House. We value reliability, communication, a good work ethic, and excellent customer service skills. We want all guests to feel welcome, comfortable, and safe! We have various shifts available and someone with open availability would be ideal. All of our staff are Covid-19 vaccinated.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Checking guests in and out of appointments

· Scheduling

· Administrative work

· Maintaining a safe and clean spa environment

· Stocking and re-stocking of product

· Answering phones

· Light laundry duties

· Working in busy and high-pressure environments

· Cash handling

· Comfortable with the use of technology (Online scheduling programs, Slack, Mindbody)

· Team player with a good sense of humor

Comfortable working in a clothing-optional environment.

We are looking for someone with open availability. Shifts will include both weekend days and evening shifts. Limited daytime shifts may occur. Most shifts are between 5-8 hours long. Evening shifts work until 11:30 pm.

Must have previous experience in customer service.

The starting wage is $17.00 plus gratuities.

Wage ranges for seniority and experience.

Licensed Massage Therapist

The Everett House Community Healing Center is looking to add to its amazing team. We are looking for friendly therapists who are confident and experienced with deep tissue and therapeutic bodywork. You should have excellent customer service, and communication skills, be a team player, and genuinely care about people’s well-being.

We are looking primarily for weekend and evening availability although some shifts during the week are available if you are also working weekend shifts. Please do not apply if you are available only mid-week.

You must be willing to provide massage in increments of 30, 60, 90, and 120 minutes. You should be physically able to work at least 5-6 hour shifts.

We like to be able to offer additional modalities to our guests, so if you have additional modalities you practice, we would love to hear about it.

Our therapists are often booked days in advance. In addition to scheduling, and all necessary items (linens, lotion, oils, etc…) needed, you will receive employee perks including free spa use, discounted bodywork, transportation reimbursement, retirement plan with match, and sick/PTO time.

Requirements:

Oregon Licensed

Malpractice Insurance

Preferably 1+ years or more of experience

Able to work 5-6 hours shifts

Experience keeping SOAP notes

Weekend/Evening Availability
