Spa Cancellation Information

Late Spa Cancellations: Please cancel appointments at least 4 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee. Cancellations occurring within a 4-hour window will be charged full price for their appointment. If you need to cancel, please text us at (503) 232-6161.

Late Private Steam/Sauna Cancellations: Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee. Cancellations occurring within a 24-hour window will be charged full price for their appointment. If you need to cancel, please text us at (503) 232-6161.

Spa Late Checkouts

Should you surpass your allotted reserved time in the spa, you will be charged $10 for each additional 10 minutes you stay over your scheduled time.

Massage Cancellation Information

Illness: You agree to cancel your massage appointment if you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of a contagious illness. This includes but is not limited to colds and cases of flu. If a massage appointment is not canceled by you, but you disclose or demonstrate that you have signs and/or symptoms of a contagious illness you understand that your service may be denied to you, and you will be responsible for a late cancellation fee. 

Cancellation policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please text us more than 24 hours in advance at (503) 232-6161 to avoid late cancellation charges. Appointments canceling or changing therapists within the 24-hour window will be charged 60% of the price of the massage appointment scheduled. Same-day cancellations will be charged FULL PRICE. We understand that unforeseen occurrences do occur (including but not limited to illness, traffic, etc...) but we do not make exceptions to this rule in order to be able to compensate our therapists for their scheduled time.

Payments

Credit cards are required to make a reservation. We do not accept cash payments. Cards will not be charged until after your appointment or if a late cancellation charge is applied. All payments will be made with the card on file or one provided at checkout.

Covid Info & Health and Wellness

We want to promote the health and well-being of all of our guests. If you are experiencing any symptoms of a contagious illness, including but not limited to cold or flu symptoms, we ask that you do not visit until your symptoms have resolved. If while at the Everett House, you display signs and symptoms of a contagious illness, including but not limited to a cold or flu, service may be denied. Please notify us via text at (503) 232-6161, 24 hours prior to a massage or 4 hours prior to a spa session to avoid late cancellation charges.

Mask Policy

Masks are preferred in the reception area but are not required while using the spa facilities. Our therapists set their own personal mask policy, you can find that information listed at the beginning of their profiles. All therapists are happy to remain masked if requested to do so.

 

Spa Use Guidelines and Policies

No smoking, vaping, drugs, or alcohol permitted on site.

No glass containers.

Must sit on a towel (or wear a bathing suit) while sitting on any surface not submerged in water.

Must sign a spa waiver. The waiver provides a complete list of guidelines that must be followed.

Must be 18 years or older and have a photo ID.

Non-sexual environment, no touching permitted.

No electronic devices, including phones.
